What a week! I guess everyone has finally gotten over the flu bug that bit us big time! Now it's my turn to feel crappy!

I am, though, totally disappointed in the snow we got today! I want to get some pics of snow, but not today! We got maybe an inch or so. So much for those weatherpeople calling for 5-8 inches.

But with all the above going, I definitely wanted to show off some of my new creations!

Wow! Blogging isn't as easy as I thought!

Wow...Thanks to Suzanne, I was reminded how long it has been since I have blogged. I guess I do need to keep this up. If nothing else, just as a reminder of what has happened in our family!
First! For anyone interested, here is Sue and Josh's wedding site!

This is a pretty good site for those that are getting married and all! There is a place for pictures and such, plus a chance to start up a blog.

Second and as for our family. Not too much here... we got the move over and done with the last week of December. We are completely settled in now...thank goodness!

Here are some peeks at some LOs I have done this week! I just added some of the others to my Slide show....and the rest are in my gallery at 2Peas!

Got some things done!

Well, there is nothing better in life than coming into some extra moolah! We got bonuses at work and I spent mine rather quickly...lol. I am now a proud owner of a Cricut! I have been wanting for so long. I have a couple of cartridges...Stamped, Christmas Cheer and the one that came in the box! Now to do some paper scrapping!

What did I do today??? A couple of digi LOs!

This LO was for the challenge on The Meadows blog!

Got a few Layouts finished today!

Well...I was able to get quite a bit of work done today! Nothing like a Saturday with no real work to be done. Well, except for laundry!
Here are a couple of layouts I did for the CT at Buzybeescrapper!

Both of these layouts were made with the Little Princess kit by BuzyBeeScrapper! Beautiful kit!
Here are some more! Yes, I was busy!!!!
This is a layout for the DigiScrapShak's October quote challenge. The quote itself is by Winnie the Pooh and fits the picture perfectly!
CREDITS: DigiScrapShak Andrea Designs' Akemi kit; Mary Ann Wise (Designer Digitals) Double Take word art and Mareen's Print font.

The next two layouts are for the Book of Scraps challenge at 2Peas!

CREDITS: Christina Renee Design paper, swirl and flower elements; word art freebie by Katie Pertiet (Designer Digitals).

CREDITS: Claudia Campbell (Elemental Scraps) Tequila Sunrise kit; freebie word art from Digitalscrapbookplace.com; and Andrea Victoria (Designer Digital) swirl label.
Well, enough for now...it's time for bed and work for the next 3-1/2 days!!!

Awesome News!

Here we are again...not too bad of a Friday!

I got an invite to join the BuzyBeeScrapper CT!!!! Totally awesome! There are some awesome things in the store! I am planning on working on some new things tomorrow!

On a personal note.. poor Ryan. We took a nice road trip to look for a vehicle. Boy, you do get what you pay for...lol! He only has about $600 saved up so far and you definitely can not buy much for that. Let's say it was a comic moment several times today.

I'm off now to work on challenges!

A long weekend ... UGH .. how I hate those!

Well, it's been quite a busy 3 days off for me. While we were up in the city Friday, Roger and I did a quick search of about 6 cemetaries for my dad's grave. No luck. My memory always seems to leave me when I need it the most.

I did get some bad news today from my Aunt...my eldest cousin has died from what the docs think was a major heart attack. He was 50...so young. What bothers me the most is the fact that I hadn't seen him or the rest of the family for over 15 years or more. I need to get together with the family...they are gone way too fast.

As usual, though, my scrapping mojo hit me at 9 pm tonite! Here is a LO I did for the font challenge at DigiScrapShak. I used a very cool template from Tracy's Scraps' blog called Clustered. All the papers are from Jeannie Papai's Delicate Grunge PPs. The stitching is from Dani Mogstad's Not So Basic Stitchings.

Welcome!

Hi! Welcome to my little blog! I am planning on big things for this blog! I am looking to share some of my layouts with you, my other crafty endeavors and just my ramblings on different topics!

Lets start with a layout of my eldest son using the RockStar kit by Penny's Miscellany.
